Fractal Brewing Project is a production brewery, taproom, and event space in Huntsville, Alabama, located across from John Hunt Park, a 400-acre city park with numerous outdoor recreation components. Fractal’s mission is to get the community together around fun events and high quality craft beer.
Taproom Server
Essential Job Duties
- Serving products and working with a POS system
- Must be able to uphold very high standards of cleanliness and quality of the taproom experience and products
- Create and maintain a pleasant taproom environment (temperature, music, cleanliness, conduct)
- Ability to learn process and procedures
- Customer Service experience necessary
Desired Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years old
- Craft Beer Industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of craft beer preferred
- Experience behind a bar
Knowledge and Skills
- Cicerone Certification desired
- Serve Safe certified preferred
- May be asked to participate in sensory and QA panels
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with employees and patrons
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask
- Strict attention to detail
